4. Client Obligations

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMBG BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMBG BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable service agreement. RMBG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time for conduct that violates these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
