How an engagement runs

Discovery
We work with you to understand the goal, the constraints, and the users. Agents help us cover ground fast, reading existing codebases, mapping dependencies, and surveying the technical landscape, while our strategists run the stakeholder conversations that tell us what actually matters.

Scope & architecture
We define the technical architecture and the delivery plan, and we threat-model it before it is fixed. This is where we decide which parts of the build can move at agent speed and which need to stay deliberate.

Build
AI agents pair with senior engineers to move from prototype to production. Every commit is reviewed by a person who understands the system, and anything touching auth, cryptography, or customer data passes a security gate before merge.

Launch & scale
We support you through launch and hand over a codebase your team can reason about, including a record of what was agent-generated. Then we help you scale it, or keep building alongside you.
